Campaigns

Campaigns start with the experiences and priorities of the community. The outline below is a proposed publishing model for discussion; it does not describe an active LADPP campaign.

A campaign journey

1. Identify

Listen to community experiences and agree the issue to address.

2. Investigate

Gather evidence, check what is already known, and agree what change is needed.

3. Mobilise

Prepare accessible information and invite people to take part. Any petition or public action would be clearly identified and approved before publication.

4. Influence

Share the evidence and demands with relevant decision-makers.

5. Report

Explain what happened, what was learned, and what comes next.

Example for review: improving access to housing advice for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking residents. This is invented demo content, not an announced campaign.
